World Sleep Day 2024 theme

World Sleep Day (WSD) is celebrated on the Friday before the March Equinox (Vernal Equinox) in the Northern Hemisphere. Developed and hosted by the World Sleep Society, WSD is an internationally granted event that builds connections and promotes sleep knitting among health professionals, researchers, patients, and the public.
