World Sleep Day Toolkit

World Sleep Day 2024 is coming on Friday, May 15, with the theme 'Sleep Equity for Global Health'. The global sleep health crisis is immense. Individuals and families are plagued by unnecessary burdens on their health, and inequality in sleep health reinforces the marginalization of populations worldwide.

Improving sleep equity will reduce these sleep disorders, and contribute to human health and global well-being. The World Sleep Society is using #WorldSleepDay to celebrate healthy sleep and the transformative capacity it possibly has on one’s life.
