The Twenty-ninth of October

The Republic Day of Turkey is celebrated as Turkey Republic Day on the 29th of October every year. It commemorates the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey. The day is also called "The Twenty-ninth of October" observed by Turkey and Northern Cyprus. The annual celebrations begin on October 28 at 13:00 and run for 35 hours.
